Good Morning:


The FSEP's for these two systems have been modified to place them in service as fully commissioned pending acceptance by the Regional FSEP Team.


INFORMATION: The FAA Flight Check 71 N67 completed orbits for the ILS Frontcourse MAFB PAPI RWY 10 and ILS Backcourse MAFC PAPI RWY 28 at Midland International Airport on 12/05/2012. The two systems were certified and placed in service. Full JAI's are forthcoming. FRD's were established. Commissioning angle's were established. The two PAPI's were the last of 4 new PAPI systems.

Mr. Chris Glatt did an Outstanding and Excellent job as Project Engineer. (that is the norm for him). Our RE Mr. Vince Simpson was Outstanding and Mr. Coy Krisher of
Team Core was our contractor who was the best navaids installer I have ever seen or worked with in almost 40 years with the FAA.
